Looking for an old plan in MR

I've been looking for this plan for some time. It was in a planning contest back in 85 I beleive and came in 3rd place or was an honorable mention. the plan was a WP....Keddie WYE, can't anyone model anything except WP Keddie Wye, and it was a
2 or 3 level N scale plan.

If someone can point out which issue it was or scan it and put it up I would greatly appreciate it.

 

It was in the July 1984 issue. Your correct in that it was a triple deck N scale plan that earned a honorable mention.

The designer was Anton F. Andersen..

There was also another article on the modeling the yard & wye at Keddie in N scale in the Sept 2001 issue page 56.
