Thanks for sharing the Picture Flash; I 'm excited to say the least. Haven't been this excited about the coming of fall since I last attended the October Fest in Munich Germany

Only the UP and the SP used them, ConCor made any loco that they could to sell as many they could.

I couldn't agree more and they probably will do the same time on this U50 as well.
Hey unless you you missed it Con Cor has built a reputation for building "Fantasy Schemes".

But then if you purchase from Con Cor that is exactly what you've come to expect from them.
I hope that the retooling is a good thing on both models; and if they follow Athearn's example they will make a nice tiddy sum $$$.
And what I mean about Athearn's example the U50 is going to be built on the frame of the other Turbine they released this year; so added miles on the same tooling and ready made materials.
    Jus sayin:tb-smile:

kinda funny....Athearn is now following Con Cor's production model, Con Cor put the U50 and the turbine on the same chassis

And both con-cor and athearn are following the prototype, by putting them both on the smae chassis

I really wish that they were making an undecorated version of this. I really want to paint one in CP Maroon and Grey scheme.

I could always buy 2 UP ones, because i know if i only buy one, i wont want to put a drop of paint on it lol.
