does anyone know where i can find some specs (height, width, etc) of locomotives? perhaps a P32-8WH (amtraks dash8 loco) specifically? an extensive google search is just not bringing up anything. i would have thought these things would be published readily.
First hit on Google - GE Dash 8-32BWH - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia doesn't cite any references. I have a book on GE's somewhere. I'll look for it and it will likely have some information in it.
Try www.trainiax.net this site has MANY 1:55 scale drawings of locomotives from all manufacturers. You can just measure them for details.
that one barely gives me anything. if you find the GE book on time that be great, if not ill have to measure at trainiax, forgot i could do that. extra steps but i guess ill do what i need.
