I had the same experience. Perhaps she is a) too busy, b) does not answer emails as a matter of policy, c) does answer emails but yours and mine did not make the cut or d) she is waaaaay behind on answering her emails. In any event, I hope she makes some more of those lovely old creepy buildings. bob
