Charlie, after a thorough search for my layout progress thread within trainboard, to no success, I found the link to my old RGW thread online, but when clicked, I get a message advising I do not have permission to access the thread? Can you assist in getting to the bottom of this, thanks, Michael

Speaking of missing topics did we loss a forum or two during the upgrade? I can't find the forums on tourist trains that I referenced for trip ideas? Also, how does one find the new topics since the last time you logged in last as I don't see the new posts icon that we once had before the upgrade.

There was an issue about a week before the upgrade that moved a lot of older topics out of view. We are reviewing these and moving them back into public access as fast as we can. The entire Narrow Gauge and Tourist Railroad Forum is temporarily off line but will be restored soon. In the mean time you can look for links to tourist railroads here. Some topics may have inadvertently been moved back to a similar forum so they may not be exactly where they started out. (Example: Ready Track instead of Railfanning Discussions) If you find a misplaced topic, please report it so we can restore it to its proper location. Thanks.

    Mr. Straw,

Thanks for the link but since I tend to use public computers how do I navigate to there since I just type in trainboard.com to get here in the first place?

You can get to that page I suggested through the Railseek button on the orange tool bar above. There is also a button for What's New that will give you the new posts since the last time you logged in.

    railnut456,

RailSeek is right after the TrainStore button. If you are able to extend the width of your browser window, you will see it revealed behind the search box.
If you are unable to extend the browser window, contract it and the RailSeek button will wrap down (and unfortunately overlap) the left side of the sub-menu links.
Careful position of the mouse in the corner of the button will allow you to click on the RailSeek button and take you to RailSeek.

This issue only appears on the lower resolution browsers and we are trying to find a solution to the problem.

If all else fails, you can create your own bookmark with the following link: :)
