I have them here at our offices. They arrived 1 day too late to get out to Ztrack before Rob K took off for summer holidays. They will be shipped to him August 7th.

    Cheers,

We spent a bunch of time this summer working out out Warranty and Spare Parts situation, so this information is somewhat new:

    1) We now have spare parts available for SD70 and GP7 locomotives - everything except the painted shells.
    2) We will have spare parts for the RDCs by the end of the year. Some spare parts will arrive sooner (the prop shaft it on order now)
    3) We will have spare parts for the GP30 as soon as they ship.
    4) All Brass steam locomoitves can now be repaired by the factory. Turn around time is estimated at about 90 days since the work has to be done in Korea. Same is true for the Brass E7 units.
    5) Our warranty is the same as most other companies (including MTL) - 90 days.

Please contact Ztrack for more information.

I am glad to hear about AZL's warranty as the owner of a number of AZL's locos. I sent my Challenger to Rob K. in April and I believe he sent it to the manufacturer for repair, so your 90 day turnaround aforementioned tells me I should see it repaired soon! I am confused about one thing, however. You say the warranty period is 90 days, whereas Rob K. in an earlier train board thread said one year.

I hope for the latter since my loco went back within the year but not within 90 days.
