NS Purchases SD40-2 leasers

    I see NS just purchased 20 ex-CIT (CEFX) lease units, all SD40-2's and is adding them to their roster behind the currently numbered SD40-2's. So are they just going to paint them (eventually) and add them to their regular fleet or are they fodder for some kind of rebuilding program?
