Will anyone be making the Canpotex potash cars (PTEX series) in N scale? They are a short covered hopper, that I would really like to have a unit train or 2 of! I would think 60 of them would be about the same length as 48 coal or 48 grain cars. They would look fantastic in N scale!
They are interesting cars... for modern modelers they would be ideal additions... http://rrpicturearchives.net/rsList.aspx?id=PTEX
I'd buy at least 60 of these, maybe 120 of them, it sure would be nice if Intermountain made them. They would look really good with the new Gevo's from Kato!

Bill, those are the older cars - the newer ones look more like a modern version of the short Atlas ACF 3-bay car. I think the best bet for these would be from PWRS/North American Car - they seem to have plans for some specific Canadian prototypes... - Lou
