A new project made for Alex. This ex Southern Railway loco (therefore the high nose) rides on trade-in Alco trucks. Apart from the "nose job" the loco received my standard treatment with some additional details like fans, fan plates, grab irons, lift rings...what do I tell you...you all know already. The Alco trucks sides are resin casting and glued on filled-down original MTL trucks. Of course custom decals and weathering.

I like it Gerd! Great job on the decals. It is great to see how the Grande livery also continues in modern Z scale. :D

    Fantastic!
The way you create the high hood is seamless! True work of art.

Thanks guys, always happy to see that you like my stuff.

JT: chop another GP35 shell's back end off , remove all details and attach to front.
