Mr Fisher, i have to agree with Metro Red Line, the time from announcement to delivery is getting crazy. I also think your comment to him is out of line. As a customer, he has a right to state his opinion. As a rep for the mfg, you need to stay neutral and take his comments in stride.

Would a variant of a car they are already making take that long to get to market? Would something as seemingly simple as pipe racks for the existing car take that long? But I guess they have other things in the works that would be ahead of even seemingly simple projects. I say it's another gondola.
