Model Railroader Magazine Article Index

Several years ago I found an exhaustive on-line subject index of the articles in Model Railroader Magazine. It was not affiliated with the magazine. If memory serves, some guy in Alaska (State Motto: "too much time and too little daylight") assembled it. There was no charge to use it. Now, I cannot locate it on the internet anywhere. Does that ring any bells for anyone? Anyone have any info on what happened to it?
