Well, modeling accomplishments for tonight, started working on the 2 ESE Hudson resin shells I purchased from Fine N Scale. All the pieces are trimmed of flash and such, cleaned up and even got one in primer already. I have the paint I need, testors stainless steel and gloss black. Still need to find a #80 drill bit for the grab iron holes etc. Hoping this weekend to have at least one of them in paint, if not both. Pics to come this weekend. Anyone else ever build one of these? Any pics of a finished model?
The casting is actually pretty nice. Great detail, with only a few spots that needed cleaned up more than others.
