Hello i am new and i am restarting my hobby after some 20 years so im trying to catch up so bare with my questions. I was interested in b&o trackage in and around chicago . I found some maps and i know grand central was theres, but i seen some more but cant zoom in on the system map i found on wikipedia(1961) . Would like to know what b&o presence was around chicago besides grand central station. Also i have found b&o roster list for steam loco but which one were used for passenger service to chicago? mustangsteve - One source of information about railroads in Chicago is John Szwajkart's "Train Watcher's Guide to Chicago: Third Edition". It was published in 1987 and I believe is still available from the author. He also had/has a map of the rails in the Chicago area. While the information is more modern (CSX era) than you may be looking for, it may still have much of the information you need. Good luck in your search.
