    Hello all,

I'm looking for some steam locomotive drawings and am considering purchasing the Steam Locomotive Cyclopedia. If anyone has this book, would you mind checking the table of contents to see if it has any of the following drawings?

    Any Western Maryland 2-8-0s
    Western Maryland 4-8-4s
    Reading 2-8-0s
    Reading 2-10-2s
    Reading 4-8-4s
    Pennsy K4 4-6-2s
    Pennsy M1 4-8-2s
    Pennsy 2-8-0s
    Pennsy 2-10-0
    Norfolk and Western 4-8-2s

My interest is Hagerstown MD in the early 50s which I think it would be possible to find all of these. I'm very interested in the book, but if it's missing the majority of these drawings its hard to justify spending money on one. Thanks for the help!!

    Happy Monday!

I think these are the only ones that match your list. The book seems to cover all of the USRA designs which might be of interest.

    [Later Edit]

I've just gone through the index at the back and found the following reference

You should never need to justify spending money on a great book. The Cyclopedia should be in every modelers' library whether one models DD40's or 2 foot gauge 0-4-4t's.

I know, I know, money is tight right now, otherwise I wouldn't think twice :tb-biggrin:
