2-8-0 consolidation instructions??

I got this train off eBay in what looks like unused condition. It is a Bachmann 2-8-0 consolidation 2000 reading Pennsylvania. It did not come with instructions and was wondering if anyone had then or know where to find them? Wanted to know how and when to do the maintenance oiling.

Not to sound like a true nube but where do I put the oil? Just on the gears or on ever moving part?
