I'm aware of locomotives from Austria, Yugoslavia, and Germany which all border Poland but none from specifically there. Are these supposed to be new entries in the market, or I wonder if they are the old stuff and the seller just has confused the point of origin?

Well I can't find them today but I found some from Bulgaria. It's possible my 70 year old mind saw Bulgaria but remembered Poland. Don

Interesting information. All I know is that Fleischmann/Roco (both part of the same firm in the meantime) now have a production plant in Romania.
There are new manufacturers in Spain and France who have their products built in China or maybe even by Kato. I have recently bought some french freight cars that are excellent. See their websites: http://www.ree-modeles.com/ and http://www.n160.fr/general/index.html, These websites are in French. Two spanish companies named Mabar and Startrain offer high quality locomotives and railcars.

That is what I know, always glad to learn more (some people consider this a bad habit but I won't change...) :uhoh:

Are the locomotives of Polish origin or is that just the location of the seller?
