Fox Valley Contact?

I have been trying to connect with Fox Valley for quite some time now with no luck. Sent several e-mails, phone calls, etc. with no return communication. Is everything okay with them? Back in February I did communicate via e-mail on sending my Hiawatha loco in for some work and have not been able to find out the status. Hope all is well with them, and the loco...

 

I am assuming that you used the 'info@foxvalleymodels.com' e-mail address?? I have talked to them twice in the last few months and they have been nothing short of responsive. Had a response within 24 hours and parts within a week. All and all they have been outstanding. I hope you hear from them soon. Andy

 

Same here... just spoke with them on Monday supposedly will have parts by end of week.

 

Check your private messages, I contacted FVM and was told to have you contact them at the address I sent you. Hope this helps, they are expecting you..... Andy

 

Got a response from them yesterday. Thank you for your help. Glad to hear all is well with them....
