Hi guys..Just got home this morning, had emergency quad bypass surgery out of the blue last Monday. No heart attack, just fixed blockages,so I'll be just fine...I'm still feeling pretty low, believe it or not,one of my dogs started coughing up blood while I was on the way to the hospital for tests that turned into this mess, she wasn't so lucky, died while I was being operated on..I feel like I got hit by a rail speeder...
Oh Lou, sorry this all happened to you and Wife. You'll be grieving for her more than feeling bad for you. Wish yo a speedy recovery Man. Joe D
I am so sorry to hear about all that happened to you... will do my best to keep you in my prayers. Here's hoping for, at least on your part, a speedy recovery!!!
Oh my gosh. One of those would be bad enough. But Both is rough. I'm so sorry for your loss. I put my 15 year old dog down last week and cried my eyes out. We are grieving the loss of a "family" member. I hope all goes well with your recovery.
Lou, glad to read that you're here. Losing a pet is a traumatic thing. I am sorry to hear about your loss.
Glad you are ok, but so sorry for your loss. Makes me forgive my own for finding her way down to the basement while I was at work, finding a medicine bottle full of black bar mills weathering powder, bringing it upstairs and chewing into it causing a black explosion on our rug. I've gone through a whole roll of paper towels and still haven't got it up. They truly are a gift.
I did the bypass thing two years ago. However, I did not loose a dog at the same time. Glad you are doing OK and sorry to hear about your pet.
Whoa. Wondered why you were suddenly quiet. That's a shocking double event. Condolences for your pet loss, and best wishes for you to get back up to speed, quickly.
Lou D wishing you a speedy recovery from the surgery so that you can get back to the layout and I feel for your loss of your pet, I know the feeling.
On the positive side of things you found a big problem and got it fixed before it became a bigger problem and that is a good thing. On the other side I can relate to loosing a pet especially recently. Lost my 18 year old buddy that slept at the foot of the bed for years last year and his sister at 19 years old this spring. Still think I see them on occasion. However Deekus the Cat has stepped in the fill the void along with her 15 pound younger brother and both keep constant tabs on me.
Prayers and wishes for a speedy recovery, Lou. Sorry to hear of your loss, though. Don't know what I would do if I lost one of my 4. Thoughts and prayers to you again. Bill
Geez Lou, You better start taking it easy, we're not spring chickens anymore, if we ever were spring chickens. Sorry to hear of your loss, it's never a good thing to loose one of our dear friends.
