    This is what part of the diorama will look like. This picture was taken in the Museum, but not in its final resting space (behind glass in a cabinet). Thanks to Rob Kluz for the donation of the Coaster. The other train is all mine (on loan to the Museum). Nice mixture of different cars and lines. Santa Fe SD-40-2 MTL in lead and Marklin ATSF caboose on rear.

    Proud of you guys. I visited museum a couple of years ago. I don't make it to the left coast that often. Was disappointed that there was no Z. thanks for representing our gang so well.

    Foam in a can was put in between roadbeds and back. Forgot how much this stuff swells up.
    Tape what you don't want this foam to stick to. Then I cut the foam away. The wallboard patch was used to fill in any gaps and smooth the profile.
    Just hack away at it and it leaves a nice ragged edge.

    Get the non expanding type and you will save money and time.
