I've been painting with solvent based paints (Floquil) for over 20 years with reasonably good results using a Badger 150. However, the young man who just bought our LHS convinced me to try an acrylic paint (Poly-S). All I can say is WOW, I'm Sold!!!! No Mixing, Lower Pressure, Better Coverage and Control, and MUCH Easier Clean-up.
Now to my horror I find that Testors has dropped the Poly-S line. :crying:
I hope some of my painting expert TB friends can tell me there is an equivalent paint on the market that behaves as good as, or better than Poly-S...PLEASE ?

    Thanks, Hank

Micro-mark makes an acceptable substitute...but badger model-flex railroad colors are what I have been using since I heard testor's announcement. The only problem with model-flex is finding stores that carry it. Easier to buy it online

Thank you, Metalman. I'll look into Model-Flex, especially since Mike and Robin Fifer carry it.

    Try Tamiya paints.
