I was taking some stuff down to the dark basement this afternoon and the sun was shining through a window and was lighting up a small section of the layout. I couldn't resist a quick snapshot before the sun set. I just thought it looked cool and thought I would share it. I used my iphone 5s.
Thanks! Not sagebrush, just something I saw while out looking for tree material. I use all kinds if natural flowers, roots and twigs. I'm cheap like that.
It's very hard to replace real sun when lighting your photos! That being said...watch out for that gorgeous light! Over years, everything in that spot will fade if you don't keep the sun off it! Some things might also be damaged in other ways by it. Time for a curtain!
Great shot JimJ , one would think fading would be an asset , maybe not . My wife asked me how do I clean the dust on my layout ?.... eh the dust looks real so I leave it go for now.
