On the recent N scale Dash 8-40CW release, the incorrect cab was used on the CSX Spirit of America (road number 7812) locomotive, Atlas item numbers 51942 (analog) and 51977 (DCC). Correct replacement cabs are available at no cost by sending a copy of your box label via mail to Atlas Model Railroad Company, 378 Florence Avenue, Hillside, NJ 07205 or via email csdept@atlasrr.com using the subject CSX cab.
Great customer service. Other companies would have just let the mistake be and moved on. Now ... any chance we'll see a CSX AC6000 from Atlas in the future? They're all over the rails these days

Nicely done for the customers Paul! Too bad Kato never fixed the upside-down lightning bolts on the CSX Gevos. This puts Atlas in a much better light for customer service on manufacturer release mistakes. Again well done!
I don't want to hijack this thread, but we're making progress. Still not as quickly as we'd like, but every month we are getting at least a 20' container full of HO and N track products.
Dang this company is awesome. Just picked up a GP38 from a trade that's gotta be at least 5 years old, and it runs real nice still!
