Garth, can you convince Tony to make some American looking signs for the buildings. I think it will help in sales if they are included.

There are two things that concern me with that suggestion, One will North American modelers accept peal and stick signage for the buildings, and Two what signage do you want as you have to consider copy write on trademarks, so no seven eleven corner store or other name brand, I think with a bit of ink jet decal film an individual could do signage for his own buildings without worrying about of trademark infringement etc.

Garth, I have no problem doing that, but I am concern with the rtr modeler. Lot of them will not buy it because of the Japanese signs, because they cant use it out of the box. I seen this in many cases. I am not suggesting doing a MCD, but maybe a likeness where it doesn't infringe the trademark.

Im a RTR kind of guy but even I am capable of printing signs, (and I LOVE the signs I can get right here at this site) But there are some people... Myself I like to customize everything. German buildings usually have the peel and stick or just paper labels to be glued on , in several languages. I see the potential for a lot of cool things these buildings could me made into.In the US or Europe.

There appears to be a lot of potential with these buildings. When I opened this thread I was curious then as I looked and thought pretty nice could easily be North American.

Maybe you should look at the videos more carefully. Two of the examples clearly show shop signs in English. I see "pizza", and I see two different signs of familiar American brands with their logos, only slightly altered. So, it seems Rokuhan already has what you are asking for.

Yes he certainly does, but it certainly avoids trade mark issues.

He should be in Europe at present with Noch and for toy fair.
