I ordered a couple of houses from a place in Fremont, California via that
large online auction site. They just arrived and I posted a PDF file with the
contents of one of the kits on my server, you can download it here:

    http://www.eaelec.com/zscale/z-house1.pdf

I will post some pictures of the finished item when I get it built-up.
For 14.99 plus 2 bucks for shipping to Canada I can't complain with
what I got. I if you are interested in getting one for yourself try searching
under z-scale for "Outland Models" on that large online auction site.

Fremont California is the home of Robert Ray. I wonder if there is any connection.

Don I thought the same thing but these are platic on spruce vs laser cut. Is Robert creating platic kits?

    Outland models

    Built up photo. Did a scale check using one of the side doors and assuming it is an 80 inch door;
works out to almost exactly 1/200 scale not 1/220. I painted only the lower part of the walls with
Humbrol #70 to highlight the brickwork.

    My next Project

I going to be this Photo Shop building from Sankei. It look really nice and the scale
is perfect. Could also be used as a small town bank building with a change of signage.

Keep us updated on how hit comes out. I been meaning to get one and test it, but I am not that crazy about building a card stock building even thought one of my favorite building I have is made from card stock.

No, these are not Robert Ray kits. They are injection molded from China. Just coincidentally sold by a Fremont location.

I think you would appreciate any Robert Ray kit if he had some on the market. His kits are excellent and very nicely done. Better looking than plastic any day.

    Sankei Photo Shop

This kit built up really nice. When sticking the inner wall panel to the outer wall panel don't use a really fast drying glue or you won't have time to align them before it sets.
