Info on the N Scale Dapol class 45

Can anyone help with some info on the N Scale Dapol class 45 is it DCC ready, if not is it able to be fitted with a DCC decoder. If so which one please.

It is not DCC ready, but it is relatively easy to put a small wired decoder (I used Lenz Silver Minis, but anything of that size would work) in the cab/coal bunker area. Removing the RF supression components leaves enough room.

BTW. Class 45 in British terminology usually refers to a diesel. 45xx is the shorthand for 4500-series (ex-)GWR loco, which is what this is.
