Kato Scenic Ridge

Would someone please explain to me what these numbers represent on this track plan, I can't relate them to any Kato track numbers.

I think the picture will go through this time. The numbers along the sides of the Kato track, would someone explain to me what they represent. I can't relate them to any Kato track numbers.

etc..

At least that's what it look like to me.
