Please, please, please do this! Just the front cab with the high nose to fit the Atlas GP30 would be enough.

Also if they are new try cleaning the wheels- you'd be suprised how dirty new loco wheels are and how often this will cure the problem. Good luck!
I used Pollyscale Railroad Tie Brown then ballasted with diluted white glue about 1/2 & 1/2 I think.
Just the same as with regular track, airbrushed from above and the sides after it was put down, and then ballasted like regular track, except...

Try cleaning the wheels- works about 80% of the time!
Or, you may be overlooking the simplest thing of all- clean the loco wheels. I've had locos do the same thing- program on the program track but...
