I bolted a pair of squares and some scrap wood to make a jig for the leg assemblies. This helped me to produce four nearly identical assemblies.

I'm using 1/16 in. plywood as a skin and frame deck
I cut the main frame peices from 3/4 in. plywood. I dadoed a 1/16 in. slot in the side for the deck.
