Can anyone please give me some sites for sourcing typical south western structure (incl.adobe) kits?
Think Arizona and New Mexico - I know that covers a huge area but usually they are "lumped" together for some reason.
    Many thanks, Pete.

1:48 scale (my scale) is a bit tougher to find good buildings than HO. For 20th century buildings (common to the entire US), there is a company that offers brick buildings. There are a number of cottage industry suppliers of buildings as well; most of these are specific to the D&RGW.

1:48th has a long history as a scratch builder's scale for buildings. Most people get their windows from Grandt Line and read magazine articles to get tips for how to create certain looks. I make all of my own windows...it isn't really difficult...so you don't have to be limited by commercial offerings.

Yes, I've now realized that! I've found at least four plans since I started this thread....

    Many thanks, Pete.
