euch.......200 tons....no 2 kg I believe, never looked for the weight, but it's heavy enough for some serious pulling. ------------------ Paul Van Herwegen Rappannahock Terminal Railway
are those kadee couplers? seeing as those are the only couplers that i know of that have "hoses" on em. are they good couplers? i have a USA sd40-2 UP engine. I LOVE IT! i'm thinking about putting kadee couplers on that, but i'm not sure if they're good couplers or not, that's why i asked. [This message has been edited by george78 (edited 08 August 2000).]

Hi, here a couple answers on your questions, Yes they are Kadee couplers and they work great!!!!!!! Scale G: Kadee is perfect Scale HO: Kadee is very very good Scale N: I personally do not like it, to much trouble. For spraying, yes they are spray cans you can buy in Wall-Mart or whatever car material shop. ------------------ Paul Van Herwegen Rappannahock Terminal Railway
That is a fine looking locomotive! I can confirm the good working of the Kadee couplers in this scale. I too have used car spray cans for large-scale models. I once built and painted a ten-car rake of (British) LMS coaches, and painted them with car paint, as one was a perfect match! ------------------ Alan The perfect combination - BNSF and N Scale! www.ac-models.com Andersley Western Railroad Alan's American Gallery Alan's European Gallery Alan's British Steam Gallery
