    Milwaukee’s Trainfest 2012 was a great show, with activities for train nuts of all ages. They even had live music (of sorts), which I think is a first. Here are some snapshots from this year’s show.

    Man I wish I could have made it down there. I live just south of Appleton so it's doable for a day trip. But money is short, my truck suck gas like a drunk and to top it off I had a flue bug. :rats:

    The last I heard, Mid Continent was still trying to raise funds for major repairs. It's not easy for a small organization to maintain working steam locomotives these days.

    Nice! That's my boxcar, on Jaime's Franksville module.

    We were across the aisle from that bridge module last year. It was a real eye catcher.
