With Fay causing so much rain and wind, I thought this would be a good topic this week. Other areas of the country can still join in! Sorry for the late posting, but I myself have been getting things ready for the rain and wind.
    1. All challenges close at 12 midnight (24:00 hours) Eastern Standard Time on Monday 25th Aug 2008, and will be noted with a "Time's up!" post within the thread.
    2. Please use the challenge as a motive to take a new photograph rather than using a photograph that you have taken in the past.
    3. Challenges are open to everyone, have fun!!
    4. Though not required, commenting on other peoples pictures is encouraged.
    5. Only one image per participant so please choose the image carefully.
    6. Any posts with images taken before the commencement of the challenge will be deleted.
    7. For photos to be eligible they must be taken between the Aug 22rd and Aug 25th 2008.
    8. Ensure dates and times on your camera are correct.

I look forward to seeing many contributors, remember this is to encourage all modellers to take a shot of the subject rather than post a photo taken in the past.

    DL&G Rotary

This Rotary once worked hard to combat Mother Nature's snow storms.

At one time this bridge carried interchange traffic between the NC&StL and the TAG railroads. Now, mother nature is reclaiming this area.

    Mother Nature reclaims her property

This NYC bridge abutment in Jeffersonville, In. is slowly being reclaimed. The tracks that used to run underneath are ex PRR, now Louisville & Indiana.
