It would be interesting to know what was being hauled. The footage I've seen looks like the trailer was quite a substantial load.

The reporter on scene, David Kerlee, I remember from his earlier days as the same on Seattle TV. His question is did the train get a warning? DUH. Obviously not. What an ignorant "question". I keep waiting for the railroads to get sick and tired of dealing with the public about noise and accidents, etc. It's long past time to start terminating such easements and starting shut down of a whole bunch of crossings.
