Thanks Paul, they look very good! Things have certainly moved on in large scale, with some excellent locomotives and stock available these days I must resist a garden railroad!
This sure is a great looking engine. Art Knapps in Surrey (a suburb of Vancouver) should have a few of the CP units in stock and so I'm heading down next week. There is already a lot of on line discussion about how to "Canadianize" these beasts. A few very simple changes should do it. I'm not buying though untill I see these on a five foot curve. I have one, short four foot radius section but I'm prepared to realign the track this winter if that's all it takes. The -9 is still the one to wait for.
