I'm wondering if anyone has experience removing the truck assembly from the body frame of Roco DB diesel. The closest information I can find is the exploded diagram for the Atlas EMD GP38/40 but it doesn't show how it's attached to (or how's it can be released from) the rest of the body frame. I don't see anything else holding it together except something in the middle where the "clamp" (green arrow in the photo) is, how can this be removed? Thank you.
The clamp holds the two gearbox halves together. The horizontal projection above the clamp is probably what holds the in the frame, similar to Athearn Blue Box models.
