That's where the modeling part of model railroading comes from. Many Z scale modelers choose this scale because it's the last frontier in model railroading... Whatever you scratchbuild, you were the first in the world to have one, etc. Jeff Merrill was first by the way, at modeling the doors opened on some of his AZL Autoracks. Modeling the unique is more satisfying that "me too" buying!
