Yeah, we are still in the jungle fighting the Vietcong (and hearing the bad language from the US soldiers) :D

BTW, we have Call of Duty waiting for when we get back from Vietnam :D

Never heard of Elite Force Holodeck - is that an X-box game?

No, it's an older quake based shoot em up that is based on star trek graphics and wild flying low grav moves. Also it has no blood, People simply disolve or disintegrate. I am a complete online addict for that game. I hate to admit it but I'm also one of those gamer crackheads who is in a clan.

Good luck in the rice paddies.

Yeah I know. The swamp can be a deadly trap.

Interesting to see the on train lighting. Most such use in the USA is daytime. Only time at night, is usually in an emergency situation. And then they'll set up portable spotlights.

Exactly. Am now obviously in front of my computer. While collecting dust just a few feet away, is my modeling workbench.

</font>[/QUOTE]On our line passenger trains run all day on approximately an hour schedule each way (two trains per hour) between 7 am and 9 pm, so the only time to do track work is overnight or on Sunday when there are no trains running.

BTW, as I was getting out of bed this morning a continuous welded rail train scooted past, but I bet it not this bit they are doing :(

Where you able to see if they'd dumped any ballast nearby?

Not from my garden, but I could go to the end of the road and across the tracks on a footpath to take a look [IMG]
