I have one spare fret from my test run. I am looking for a volunteer to who can use the parts right now and give me feedback. Please note that I have not yet had a chance to try all these pieces myself so they may need some tweaking before I do the final production run. I will ship the fret no charge to anywhere in the USA or Canada.

That would not be me. Because I don’t really know how they should be applied. Do most modelers just find their cars with plastic brake wheels and replace them with yours or is there also a science to which cars get them and where the are placed?

    Hi, Eric
I have converted about 6-10 Marklin tank cars to MTL couplers using Jon Pope's conversion kits. If nobody has taken you up on your offer I will gladly take them. Anything that adds additional realism is always welcomed. PM me for my address. Thanks, Jim

I make railcars with my 3D printer, bot pieces like ladders and brake wheels are too fine to print.

Thanks, I’m pretty new to the hobby but I can see a set being useful to have!

A2.jpg A1.jpg A3.jpg A4.jpg A5.JPG I've had another go at building some tank cars using my new photo-etch parts. I now have a few more of these 7K gallon acid cars than I need. If you are interested in acquiring on of my experiments PM me.
