Ohhh no! I hope that was an accident But very nice bridge. Definitely in the less-is-more category, like an SW7 ... not big or showy, but gets on with the doing job for ever.
I modelled a local bridge that was just repaired, allow service on the line to continue. The wooden portion of the bridge dates back to when the Line was NP, now it is serviced by the St. Croix Valley Railroad (SCXY).
Well, that's because I used photos of it as a prototype... :tb-wink: Some folks here, while critiquing my layout plan, came up with the idea of a combine road/rail bridge. I had never seen one before, so I hunted for some photos. Found these, thought the bridge was perfect, and proceeded to build it. Mine is, of course, double-tracked, and has a two-lane road vs. single-lane, but it's basically the same bridge.
