Does anyone have pictures or a schematic of the CN MacMillan Yard north of Toronto? Or any other yards within the GTA ? Or possibly links to? Thanks. Joe
Joe, One of the Transportation Safety board's reports investigated a yard derailment at Mac yard. Below is a link to their report, and in section 1.3 there is a schematic of Mac yard. Hello Nick, welcome to Trainboard That pic with the striped units and the black and orange switchers (two variations) are my favourites as they were around during my 1985 visit to Toronto. I think the switchers are S13's?
Drove by the yard yesterday on Hwy#7. Was in the area. It's been many years since I've been on that stretch of road. Wow, what a yard!!! Are there any other pics out there of other yards, especially overhead, of Intermodal yards such as Brampton, Vaughan, etc. Agincourt?? Any other Southern Ontario yards? Thanks
