Well, since our new member loves the SD70/75 series locos, figured I'd post a few shots. These are all along CSX trackage near Selkirk Yard, Selkirk, NY (near Albany). For a full report of the day (1/21/01) see the relevant post in the CSX forum. Here is a series of shots of 5770 and 5774. This one is coming off a mainline jog, headed toward the former diamonds in Voorheesville, NY (CSX/D&H diamonds). And a little closer, from a lower angle. Now down near the yard proper, just got clearance to enter. Hope you guys enjoy!! [ 24 February 2001: Message edited by: Harron ]
You made my day . Thankyou for the great photos !!! I am now 4 times out and WILL be working this weekend I am taking camera to work with me and I'll get some SD75Is to add to this thread . Seeing those units and running them are a thrill !! Thanks Harron
Gonna bring these pics to the top . The only power that I like to operate Ask the blubomber , he'll tell ya all about it One time I was gonna call motive power up in Winnipeg or Edmonton and try to get a SD75I out of the yard in Port Huron which was sitting by itself and put it on the head end of the train I had that day , blubomber was cracking up Man , these are some cool pics
All I see is those little boxes with red crosses in them where the pictures are supposed to be. The link must have dropped off or something. Too bad because I was looking forward to seeing the pics.

Thanks for posting them Corey I am really beginning to wish I could have some CN power in California (the location of my layout)
OK Harron, I can see them now. Thanks for the great pictures. I need to get out and take more photos too but weather here has been too cold and windy. I know thats no excuse, now if I only knew when trains were coming through Georgetown. Sometimes I am lucky, Other times I wait for an hour or two and nothing.
Nice pictures. Don't feel bad Robin, you're not the only one who needs to get out more. You couldn't be more right about train frequency. One day I don't know why I bother, the next day is like shooting fish in a barrel. Eric
Dave, Just so ya can get yer kicks CN 5647 (backend) in St. Thomas ON taking the west leg of the Talbot Wye, on the way back to London
The train I was on last night had the 5675 in the lead and the 5647 trailing , the same unit in that picture above
