John, Looking good, but something isn't quite right. Oh, I know, no graffitti. I don't think I've ever seen a CSX car without graffitti on it. ;-) Randy
Looks good John. I'm still waiting for the promised AZL CSX coalporters. Hopefully they'll be priced close to Penzee hoppers because I plan to get a lot of these if the price is right.
I just receive a email from Oliver. Look what he has done to the Dash9. I love those flashing ditch lights. Here is the link to the movie. http://www.passmann.com/Filme/
I just finished one of Robert's flat cars. I really enjoy building them, and they make a great addition to my CSX fleet.
John it looks great! I'll say it again, your work gets better and better everytime I see it. Keep up the good work!
Wow! That is a very striking paint scheme John! I better build myself one of them up! What do you think of laser precut decals?
Thanks guys. Robert's cars are easy to build, and they look great. You dont notice its made out of wood, and since the deck is made of wood, it look more accurate. Rob, this should be the next car in the craftman series.
John, I agree! I just love the decking for these cars. I am not sure about you guys, but I love the look of the metal on the deck ends with the wood around it. That just looks too cool! Good job on your CSX version. It looks awesome! Rob
I just received my Dash-9 from Oliver. He installed ditch light, decoder, directional lights., and traction tires. The installation was very professional. I highly recommend his services. Here is a picture with the ditch light on.
Nice!! I'm jealous. John, if you don't mind, please list an estimate of what the ditch lights and traction tires cost to have installed by Oliver Joe
Joe, I almost forgot to mention about your repainted CSX GP35. The picture in Ztrack looks great. I attach a movie of the engine with the ditch lights on.
