I think I shot that sometime in 2006. Not 100% sure. Do know it was not in 2007. Glad you enjoyed the pics.

SD50. I can't see the doors under the rear radiator clearly enough, and usually they're the way to tell (6 on a 50, 8 on a 60). But it has Flexicoil C trucks, and I know that most of CR's SD50s had those, but none of their SD60s.

SD50-2.....CSX has de-rated most ex-conrail SD50's to a lower horsepower rating and has specified them as SD50-2's. Under the cab numbers there should be a yellow "SD50-2" to indicate this. CSX has been using the de-rated SD50-2's on work trains, but can be found in regular service.

Those are some cool pics. I'm thinking of doing a CR patch over I just have to figure out what locos to get first. I really need one or two an atlas if possible.

a few CSX's in CR blue

Here is rare looking color scheme for you all. Did anyone ever see this one? Seen at Broadford, PA on March 12, 2010. It is an SD40-2 built in 1977.

a few CSX's in CR blue

This one was working an intermodal with a regular CSX on January 12 2010 in Connellsville, PA. One of our many snowy days the past winter.

I can't say that I've ever caught that paint scheme... what would we call it? CR/YN1?
