That is something I have not seen before! Two sets of marker lamps!

 

That's why I'm always looking for more and more images to post on the DHVM so we can get as many angles of all the equipment we can from as many dates as we can to catch changes that occured over time. I was very lucky to get this image (plus others) as Ted passed away not long after I received these images from him via Dave.

An interesting detail. Starting with unit 4070 the configuration of the short hood handrail stantions changed to two stantions on the battery box and one on the deck. Units prior to this had one on the battery box and two on the deck.

Just the sort of information anal retentive rivet counters love. :shade:
