Or aerial trams for that matter? Kicking around a layout idea for South Park basin CO (actual area) of Breckenridge, Alma, Fairplay, and Como. The timbers, boilers, buckets, and equipment were shipped over land and in the case of the Reilling Dredge in French Gulch, had to be disassembled* and moved over rails to the upper gulch because of a spat with the claim owner of the Revett Dredge. Nine of them operated in Breck which would've been a pretty good chunk of money for the railroad and freighters in the area. I haven't located any local pics of the parts actually arriving on the rails but that's open to interpretation.
