That little loco looked like narrow gauge to me. Instantly I thought Museum, which, when I looked closer, seemed to be right due to the little sign off the top left corner of the low building. ;-) So a quick search brought me to Wiscasset, Waterwille and Farmington Railway museum in 97 CrossRd, Alna, ME.
