I have won a Garden Train, and would like to put it in a raised bed landscaped area in my back yard. Is there a website that has layout plans on it? I will be using Aristocraft track. also is aristocraft track and LGB track compatiable? A freind wants to give me 2 big boxes of it if it will work? Thanx larry
Yes, LGB and Aristocraft track will join together, in fact, I use Aristo track & LGB switches. As for track plans, there a few books out there on Large Scale railroading: "Getting Started IN Garden Railroading" by A. Miller: "Beginner's Guide To Large Scale Model Railroading" by M Horovitz & R Larson: " The Large Scale Model Railroading Handbook" by Schleicher - all three have good ideas.
