    Ok, let's take a look here......

    Oil, chemical, some type of fluid product being off/on loaded here.... probably an industrialized nation

    Small facility (according to number of cars).... could be in middle of nowhere :D

    Lots of GREEN vegetation..... not the arid desert of Northern Africa, or Middle East

    Tight zoom but still "grainy" ..... probably not in a major city with higher resolution

    Shadowing.....probably in the 35-50 degree longitude range

    Well, that narrows it down for me! It's on planet earth, in an area that has lush vegetation and has people near it. Piece of cake.
