It's probably not Ireland, either. They drive on the left side of the road, just like in Great Britain.
So countries left to search must be: Spain (incl. Mallorca) Portugal Luxembourg Denmark Sweden And I see a tip of Norway on the last map Does Corsica and Sardegna count as France and Italy which are ruled out? Poland and Czech Rep is still on the map, but I count them out, due to the "Here|||not here" clue, which I see as west not east. Lines in middle of the clue, I see as the former "Iron curtain".
Luxembourg and Lichtenstein are probably good bets. Also, note that not all European countries use yellow paint on their roads. Luxembourg's central train station has some autobahn footage nearby that's got almost the exact same appearance as the photo. I just don't have the patient to look for the precise spot.
