    Verrrrry interestinkg!
Golf course at left side of clue #2.
The track diverges near the G100 pinpoint, with tracks going into the small "yard" shown in the original closeup pic. Tracks apparently USED to continue past that point but look like they are now removed. The track USED to skirt around some kind of area at left center I will call a "campus". Is it an industrial area with spherical tanks? The landscaping does not look like heavy process industry, but what appear to round tanks DO look like industry. Where would you find landscaped pretty "campus" with large tanks? Perhaps some kind of research park. What appears to be the R-O-W of the REMOVED RR lines seems to skirt AROUND the "campus", as if the "campus" was there first.
    Verrrry curious.

Then there is what I will call the "crop circle" at the top of clue #2, a third of the way from right upper corner. Must be hundreds of feet around a nearly perfect circle-- but vegetation pattern and paths are now what one would expect if it were an irrigation circle. Doesn't look like it was used for irrigated growing. What then to make a circle so definite around the perimeter and so big? A former dirigible mooring mast site? A buried particle accelerator?
    Hmmmmmmmmm.

Then just a little below and to the right of the "crop circle" is a sandy area, long and rectangular except for a semicircular end on one end. Just about the size AND shape of the Circus Maximus where the Romans held their chariot races. But no place for the bleachers.
    Hmmmmmmmmmm.

    I don't get it.

    ROTFLMAO

Oh where, Oh where, did Darren go this time. Are we even in the right hemisphere, what continent, or are we so close that it will bite us and feel dumb for not finding it quickly. Oh where did Darren go now!

Well, I'm seeing baseball fields, a golf course, mobile-home parks and a waste water treatment plant. Looks like this might be an area for snowbirds (Texas or Florida)?

Poor Scott, he has not posted on TB for nearly 48 hours now and I know he has been logging on to check out the clues so he must be having some sleeplessness nights.

I have been busy. I have been watching, though.

I am confused because some looks like U.S. or maybe Canada and some definitely does not.

So, what kind of a "Hint" might folks want or just another "Clue" image tonight at a wider angle yet.

If you do another hint, maybe give a hint as to what's in the rail cars, e.g., agricultural product used in the production of X or to feed Y. Something like that. I don't think you should necessarily give it away.

Since we have been talking about having 3 levels of games going after this one, Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced (a.k.a. "UH2BK") I'm going to rename this one as Advanced #1 given how far we have gone without a winner.

I suggest that you re-establish the ability to zoom in on specific details the way Scott did when he was posting the puzzles. That way people like me, who have no knowledge of international rail systems, would be able to examine environmental and cultural details more closely, perhaps giving us a better chance at determining what part of the globe we're dealing with...

    HINT #2

Yes, I will work on that. Scott had access to a place (that I will soon have access too) that he could post larger images. The ones I've been posting I had to upload into RailImages; hence the size of the images are smaller.

    Hint #2:
    UNITED STATES

I second this suggestion. With my vision being able to pump up the image on my screen is CRUCIAL to being able to see anything. Being able to analyze the details is one of the major ways I find these things, or at least get on the right continent/country.
